WHAT IS THE PORSCHE CLUB OF AMERICA?
The Porsche Club of America (PCA) was founded in 1955 by Bill Sholar to provide a social outlet for Porsche owners to share their knowledge and passion about their cars. Bill Sholar had a vision, and for over 50 years, PCA has been dedicated to enhancing the Porsche ownership experience. Today, the club has over 150,000 members and is still growing.
Whether you are interested in the social aspect, technical knowledge and understanding, or have a competitive nature, Porsche Club of America has something for everyone, regardless of age or gender.
A RICH HISTORY OF PORSCHE IN AMERICA
The club was founded in 1955 in Washington, DC by Bill Sholar. Since then, the Porsche Club of America has been dedicated to enhancing the Porsche ownership experience.
Today, the club organizes over 3,800 local and national events, including driving activities, social gatherings, autocross, track days, driver education, club racing, tech sessions, car shows, sim racing, and insider exclusives and premieres.
With 147 regions in 14 zones across the United States and Canada, each club operates as their own motor club. The love and enthusiasm for Porsche cars resonates within each member as Bill Sholar’s passion for the brand has created the largest enthusiast community in the world.
