The Person Behind the Operation
Brian Lewey, Director of Operations
With over 35 years in the automotive industry and nearly two decades working with Porsche, Brian Lewey brings extensive experience and passion to his role as Director of Operations at HOUSE Automotive. Having owned five Porsches himself, Brian’s connection to the brand goes far beyond business; it’s a true enthusiast’s appreciation for the performance, craftsmanship, and culture that Porsche represents.
At HOUSE, Brian oversees operations across all three locations. His focus is the client experience in its entirety: how a car is received, how communication flows during a service, how concerns get resolved, and how consistently the team delivers on what was promised. The processes he refines here are built on what he learned across decades in the industry, including what dealership service gets right and where it reliably falls short.
Brian came to HOUSE because he believes the independent model, done at this level, is the better experience for the Porsche owner. His job is to make sure that holds true on every visit, at every location.

When you bring your Porsche to HOUSE, the first conversation matters. We document everything you’ve noticed, and before any work begins you get a written estimate. If the scope changes mid-job, we call you first. PIWIS diagnostics give us the same system-level visibility Porsche’s own technicians work from, so the diagnosis is complete, not approximate.

Your Porsche leaves cleaner than it arrived, and the warranty clock starts on pickup. If you have questions in the days after, call us. Need to get to work while your car is in? Complimentary shuttle service, rental car arrangements, and free pickup and dropoff via flatbed are available at all three locations.

Some of our technicians hold certifications specific to Porsche’s most technically demanding vehicles, including the Carrera GT, 918 Spyder, Taycan, and Macan EV. That kind of training doesn’t come from general automotive experience. It comes from years of working exclusively on these cars.
Every HOUSE location runs PIWIS, Porsche’s own factory diagnostic system. It’s the same tool the dealer uses, and it gives our technicians system-level visibility on every model, every generation.

Is HOUSE Automotive affiliated with Porsche?
No. HOUSE is fully independent and not affiliated with Porsche AG or Porsche Cars North America. Our technicians are independently certified and trained on Porsche vehicles, and we operate under Porsche’s own service protocols, but we are not a franchise or factory-authorized dealer.
Will servicing my Porsche at HOUSE void my factory warranty?
No. Independent repair shops are legally permitted to service vehicles without voiding the manufacturer’s warranty, provided the correct parts and service intervals are used. HOUSE uses genuine OEM Porsche parts and follows factory-specified service intervals on every job. Your warranty coverage remains intact.
What warranty does HOUSE provide on its work?
A 2-year, unlimited-mile warranty on all parts and labor performed at HOUSE Automotive, across all three locations.
Do you service all Porsche models?
Yes. Our technicians work across the full Porsche lineup: 911 (air-cooled and water-cooled, from the 996 through the 992), Boxster and Cayman (986, 987, 981, 718), Cayenne, Macan, Panamera, and Taycan. If it’s a Porsche, we service it.
What is PIWIS and why does it matter?
PIWIS is Porsche’s own factory diagnostic system. It reads fault codes and system data at the same depth Porsche’s dealer technicians use, which means a more precise diagnosis and less guesswork. HOUSE uses PIWIS at all three locations.
How does HOUSE pricing compare to the dealership?
Our services are consistently more cost-effective than dealership rates; in some cases up to 30%. You receive the same parts quality, the same service protocols, and the same diagnostic tools, at independent shop pricing.
