We’re hiring Service Directors for each of our three locations: Pasadena, Encino, and Thousand Oaks. Each Service Director will oversee the daily operations of their respective service department, ensuring that our teams deliver exceptional service to our Porsche clientele while increasing sales, efficiency and profitability. You’ll lead a high-performing team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff, and play a key role in shaping both the customer experience and the culture at your location.

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 + Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full service operation at your assigned location
- Monitor technician productivity and labor sales performance
- Create and review repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations
- Ensure all RO documentation and paperwork is thorough, accurate, and timely
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to coordinate job dispatch
- Handle and resolve client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency
- Lead weekly service meetings and ensure alignment across all departments
- Maintain inventory accuracy and parts coordination
- Track KPIs and performance metrics, reporting to upper management regularly
- Ensure adherence to warranty requirements and Porsche guidelines
- Recruit, train, and mentor service team members
Qualifications:
- Porsche or luxury automotive dealership service center experience (required)
- Proven leadership experience managing service teams
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of Porsche vehicles and service standards
- Experience with service scheduling, RO flow, and technician dispatch
- Strong understanding of labor sales, profitability, and inventory management
- Previous experience using TekMetric and Shopgenie platforms
- Experience collaborating with internal marketing teams for service promotions or brand storytelling
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using DMS platforms and service software
- A passion for performance vehicles and delivering high-touch customer service
