We’re hiring a Service Advisor for our Encino location. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the service process while delivering an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. This role is responsible for building trust with clients, communicating repair recommendations clearly, coordinating with technicians, and helping drive sales, efficiency, and profitability within the service department.
Locations: Encino, CA
Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 + Performance Bonuses (final package determined based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class customer experience through proactive communication and follow-up
- Create accurate repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence, transparency, and professionalism
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics, repair timelines, and customer updates
- Monitor vehicle progress and keep clients informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain detailed documentation and notes within the shop management system
- Schedule future maintenance needs and follow up on declined services when appropriate
- Ensure all repair orders are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards
- Identify and document marketing sources for all new clients
- Assist in achieving departmental sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, text messaging, and in-person interactions
- Support a positive team environment by working collaboratively with technicians, parts suppliers, and management
- Uphold the reputation and integrity of HOUSE Automotive through every customer interaction
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional communication and follow-up abilities
- Proven ability to build trust and educate clients without high-pressure sales tactics
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and workflow management
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in fast-paced environments
- Experience creating estimates, repair orders, and maintenance recommendations
- Understanding of technician workflow, shop operations, and service department processes
- Experience using TekMetric and Shop Genie platforms preferred but not required
- Comfortable using email, text messaging platforms, and digital communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Passion for Porsche vehicles and the automotive industry
- Self-motivated, coachable, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement
