Client Relations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Client Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between our customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service delivery. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the automotive industry, who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Customers: Provide a warm welcome to customers, quickly understanding their needs and directing them to an available technician.
  • Consultation: Collaborate with technicians to discuss needed repairs and alternative solutions, aiming to offer cost-effective options to customers.
  • Customer Communication: Answer customer inquiries about service outcomes, costs, and alternatives, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Consult with technicians as necessary to provide accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Cost Savings and Warranty: Inform customers about potential cost-saving opportunities and warranty protections that could benefit them.
  • Service Decisions: Assist customers in deciding whether to proceed with repairs at our dealership or to consider trading in their vehicle, offering expert advice to guide their decision.
  • Scheduling and Workflow Management: Oversee and manage the service center’s scheduling, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Service Updates: Keep customers informed about any changes in service or when their vehicles are ready for pickup, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service representative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and high-quality service delivery.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passion for automobiles, particularly Porsche models, is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Legal min wage plus performance bonuses, $40,000 to $130,000 annually. The final package will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
