We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm welcome and efficient service. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer care and supporting our service representatives in delivering unparalleled Porsche service.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting Clients: Offer a warm and professional welcome to all clients visiting our service center. Ensure they are promptly attended to and directed to the appropriate service representative.
- Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls with courtesy and efficiency. Provide basic company information, direct calls to the appropriate team members, and take messages as required.
- Office Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks to support daily office operations. This includes data entry, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.
- Assisting Service Representatives: Provide administrative support to service representatives to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in organizing schedules, preparing service quotes, and managing customer follow-ups.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with office equipment and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Passion for automobiles, particularly Porsche models, is a plus.
Compensation:
- $17 – $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
